This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to step into a high-profile position within a dynamic and fast-growing Healthcare Team. You'll be joining an international consultancy with 12 UK offices and a footprint that spans Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and the US.
Following a string of major project wins, they’re now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who’s eager to take ownership, lead from the front, and enjoy clear, rapid progression towards Associate Director. This role is ideal for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a client-facing environment and is excited by meaningful work in the healthcare sector - though experience in healthcare is a bonus, not a requirement. You’ll work on diverse, high-impact schemes that deliver tangible results, all while building a rewarding long-term career. Expect plenty of variety, with opportunities to broaden your portfolio beyond healthcare as the team expands further.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- Construction related degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- MRICS ideally or working towards
- Healthcare experience is ideal but not crucial
- Strong pre & post contract knowledge
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK consultancy environment
