A known construction and property consultancy, with a strong presence in Manchester, are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of the wider Manchester team, although creating a new team focused around a specific key client of the business. Initially, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading a £130m healthcare scheme with future opportunity to get involved in additional public sector and entertainment focused projects, for the same esteemed client.
