Senior Quantity Surveyor A leading National Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Oxford team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will join a dynamic office of around 30 professionals, taking the lead on a variety of high-profile projects across commercial, industrial, high-end residential, student accommodation, healthcare, motorsport, defence, and education sectors , with project values ranging from £1m to £150m . You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering these projects, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the highest standards of service for clients. Current projects include: Sports stadia and arenas Healthcare facilities : new build and refurbishment projects in acute and mental health sectors University developments : teaching, seminar, and laboratory spaces, plus heritage and conservation projects for Russell Group universities Local authority regeneration schemes : housing, retail, and infrastructure Logistics and warehousing : advanced racking systems and time-critical developments Pharmaceutical projects
