A leading construction and property consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Oxford team, just minutes from Oxford train station. With a strong UK and global presence, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead exciting projects across multiple sectors while progressing towards Associate Director level long term.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take the lead on diverse projects across affordable housing, government, education, healthcare, private residential, hospitality, and sport. You’ll be responsible for full project delivery while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the firm’s continued growth. This consultancy offers structured career development, working closely with Directors and Partners to create a personalised pathway to senior leadership. With hybrid working (2 days from home), this is a role that offers both career progression and work-life balance.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

  • RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • A strong QS background within UK Consultancy / PQS environments
  • Excellent Pre & Post Contract experience
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • A successful track record leading projects to completion
