A specialist Health, Safety and Fire consultancy is seeking a Senior Fire Risk Assessor to join their growing team in South London. As an employee-owned business, they are offering the right Senior Fire Risk Assessor a collaborative environment where every team member has a stake in the company’s success.
The Senior Fire Risk Assessor will work as part of a team of five fire professionals, delivering fire engineering and surveying services across a diverse range of sectors. Their projects include residential (both new build and existing), nuclear, factories, government, and commercial properties.
- Conducting Type 3 & 4 Fire Risk Assessments
- Carrying out fire door inspections
- Undertaking fire compartmentation surveys
- Providing expert fire safety advice to clients
The Successful Senior Fire Risk Assessor Will Have:
- A relevant qualification such as NEBOSH Fire Certificate, CFPA Diploma, or a recognised fire safety accreditation
- Membership of a recognised fire safety body (e.g. IFE, IFSM, or similar)
- Experience conducting Type 3 & 4 Fire Risk Assessments
- Knowledge of fire compartmentation and fire door inspections
- A strong understanding of UK fire safety regulations and best practices
- Full UK driving license
