The successful Senior Chartered Building Surveyor will join an established multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong regional presence across commercial, public sector, healthcare and residential.
The business has enough scale to provide in-house design, cost and project management support, while remaining accessible and practical in the way decisions are made.
The Senior Chartered Building Surveyor Role The Senior Chartered Building Surveyor will focus on large refurbishment schemes, programme work and client account management, managing instructions from initial brief through to completion.
You will remain close to clients and delivery, working with colleagues across surveying, project management, cost consultancy and design where the instruction requires it.
The Senior Chartered Building Surveyor will also mentor junior colleagues, review technical output and help convert strong client relationships into repeat instructions.
