The Senior Project Manager will manage project programmes, chair meetings, coordinate design teams, oversee procurement, monitor contractor progress, manage risks, track actions, and provide clear reporting to clients. The Senior Project Manager will also work closely with contractors, developers, occupiers, consultants, and internal cost management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The Senior Project Manager will ideally have:
- A degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related construction discipline
- Strong experience working within a construction consultancy

- Knowledge of JCT contracts, procurement, programme management, and risk management
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, organised, and commercially aware approach
- MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB, or working towards a relevant professional qualification would be advantageous
In return, the position offers a salary of approximately £62,000 - £75,000, pension contribution, professional development support, chartership support where applicable, industrial, logistics, and distribution project exposure, a strong Manchester and North West project pipeline, the opportunity to join a growing team by the summer, and long-term progression within a leading consultancy.
