A growing London law firm is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join its busy and expanding conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a supportive environment where they will gain strong hands-on experience across the full conveyancing process while working closely with experienced fee earners.

You must have prior law firm experience to be considered for this role. The successful Residential Property Paralegal will assist with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity from instruction through to post-completion. Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing contract packs
  • Dealing with searches
  • Liaising with clients and agents
  • Handling enquiries
  • Assisting with SDLT submissions
  • Supporting fee earners with day-to-day file progression
