The Senior Project Manager’s role
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading residential projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery against programme, budget, and quality expectations. The Senior Project Manager will act as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and providing strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Project Manager will manage consultants, oversee procurement, and administer contracts, ensuring effective coordination across all parties. This role will also support and collaborate with other team members, including working closely with an experienced Senior Project Manager on key schemes.

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have a proven track record delivering residential projects within a construction consultancy environment. The candidate should hold a relevant degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline, and ideally be working towards or have achieved professional chartership (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB). The Senior Project Manager must be highly client-facing, commercially aware, and confident managing multiple stakeholders. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to be present on site and in the office five days per week in Reigate.
