An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor to join a highly respected real estate team in London, working for a leading international law firm. This is an excellent chance for a Real Estate Solicitor to handle high-profile and complex commercial property matters for a broad range of clients, including major corporates, developers, investors, and financial institutions.

The successful Solicitor will become part of a well-established real estate department known for delivering practical, business-focused advice on a wide variety of property transactions. The role is ideally suited to a Real Estate Solicitor with a strong background in acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development projects.

The Real Estate Solicitor’s role

This position offers the opportunity to work on a range of high-value commercial real estate matters both independently and as part of a larger team. The successful Real Estate Solicitor will be involved in:

  • Advising on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals

  • Drafting and negotiating leases, development agreements, and ancillary documents

  • Supporting corporate colleagues on real estate aspects of M&A deals

  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals to progress transactions efficiently

  • Providing strategic legal advice that aligns with clients’ commercial objectives

The Real Estate Solicitor

The ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified Solicitor with:

  • 1-5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial real estate

  • Strong technical knowledge across a range of property matters

  • Excellent drafting, communication, and client management skills

  • A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Additional experience in development or real estate finance will be viewed favourably.
