This is an excellent chance for a Real Estate Solicitor to handle high-profile and complex commercial property matters for a broad range of clients, including major corporates, developers, investors, and financial institutions.
The successful Solicitor will become part of a well-established real estate department known for delivering practical, business-focused advice on a wide variety of property transactions. The Real Estate Solicitor’s role
This position offers the opportunity to work on a range of high-value commercial real estate matters both independently and as part of a larger team. The successful Real Estate Solicitor will be involved in:

Advising on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals

Drafting and negotiating leases, development agreements, and ancillary documents

Supporting corporate colleagues on real estate aspects of M&A deals

The ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified Solicitor with:
