The Quantity Surveyor
- Holds a RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- MRICS qualified or actively working towards accreditation.
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK PQS firm / Consultancy.
- Experience independently managing projects from inception to completion.
- Skilled in both pre- and post-contract services.
- A proactive, client-focused professional with excellent communication skills.
