Looking for diverse project exposure and real APC support in a growing consultancy? A prestigious UK-wide construction consultancy is expanding its Newcastle office and is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
You'll join a close-knit team of five Quantity Surveyors, immediately contributing to a pipeline of exciting healthcare projects. While healthcare is the initial focus, the firm also delivers across residential, education, leisure, hotel, office, retail, and social housing - providing the variety ideal for APC progression.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with senior leadership, gaining direct mentorship, ongoing training, and a clear pathway to MRICS. You'll also benefit from hybrid working - typically 2 days per week from home or site. This is the perfect role for a Quantity Surveyor looking for fast development, varied sector exposure, and a supportive team culture.
The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or other RICS Accredited degree
- Must have: Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
- Good pre & post contract experience
- Valid UK driving license
- The ability to work well both in a team and independently from home
