As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll work closely alongside the Directors, taking a pivotal role in delivering large-scale housing schemes across London, Greater London, and Surrey. Key responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor will include:
- Leading residential developments from inception to completion.
- Managing cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and post-contract services.
- Acting as Employers Agent on design and build contracts.

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
- MRICS ideally or working towards
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification
- 3+ years, Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent experience
- Chartered Surveying / Consultancy background
- Pre and post contract experience
- Good communication skills
