A well-established and rapidly expanding construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their Leatherhead office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident Quantity Surveyor looking for more autonomy, faster progression, and exposure to a variety of project sectors – without the red tape of a corporate environment.
The Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a friendly and knowledgeable team delivering both pre- and post-contract services across a diverse portfolio that includes residential, commercial, heritage, education, and healthcare projects. Projects typically range from £500k to £20m+ in value, offering a great balance of technical challenge and variety.
You’ll also benefit from hands-on APC support, tailored career development plans, and a leadership team that actively promotes from within. Whether you’re working towards chartership or looking to step into a senior role, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
- 3+ years (ideally) experience in a Consultancy / PQS firm
- Pre & Post Contract Experience
- RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- Able to commute to Leatherhead office 3x days a week
- MRICS or committed to achieving
- Client-facing, proactive, and confident in a team environment
