I’m working with a well-regarded City law firm looking to appoint a Projects Paralegal to support their growing team.
The RoleYou’ll be supporting on a range of UK and international projects, including:
- Infrastructure and energy projects
- Project finance transactions
- Public sector and PPP/PFI matters
- Drafting and reviewing project documentation
- Managing data rooms and coordinating due diligence
- Supporting deal execution and completion processes
You’ll work closely with Associates and Partners, gaining exposure to complex, high-value transactions.
