The Role

You’ll be supporting on a range of UK and international projects, including:

  • Infrastructure and energy projects
  • Project finance transactions
  • Public sector and PPP/PFI matters
  • Drafting and reviewing project documentation
  • Managing data rooms and coordinating due diligence
  • Supporting deal execution and completion processes

You’ll work closely with Associates and Partners, gaining exposure to complex, high-value transactions.
