A dynamic and growing consultancy in Nottingham seeks an experienced and ambitious Project Manager to join their thriving Nottingham team. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to manage diverse residential development schemes across the UK, while delivering exceptional service within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring successful delivery and exceeding client expectations. This includes acting as an Employer's Agent or Contract Administrator and managing key forecasting data and compliance processes.

Project Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading multiple residential development schemes from inception to completion.
  • Acting as Employer's Agent/Contract Administrator per Development Agreements.
  • Implementing and managing project-specific processes and systems.
  • Monitoring project risks, key dates, cash flows, and unit delivery performance.
  • Supervising and mentoring assistants and apprentices within the team.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality and environmental management systems.
  • Standing in for senior team members when required.

The Construction Project Manager

  • A degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in a construction consultancy/housing sector.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel to sites across the UK.
