A well-established, client-focused construction consultancy based near Southampton is seeking a confident and qualified Project Manager to strengthen their growing delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering high-quality project management services across various sectors.

The Project Manager's role involves leading and managing construction projects through all phases - from feasibility and planning through to delivery and handover. The role includes close coordination with design teams, contractors, and end-users, ensuring each scheme is delivered on time, to budget, and to the required quality.

The Project Manager will work across a varied portfolio of projects, potentially spanning sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, and education. The position demands excellent stakeholder communication, contract administration knowledge, and a proactive mindset to drive progress and overcome challenges.

The successful Project Manager will ideally have:

  • A relevant degree (e.g. Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar)
  • Professional membership or working towards (e.g. MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB)
  • Solid consultancy-side project management experience
  • Strong technical, organisational, and communication skills
  • The ability to lead projects independently and collaboratively
  • A client-facing attitude and experience across different procurement routes will be beneficial.

In return, the salary is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience), along with a company pension and benefits package, a clear path to chartership and professional development, a broad and diverse project portfolio, and a collaborative and progressive working culture.
