An established, employee-owned multidisciplinary design practice is looking for an organised and proactive Bid Co-ordinator to join their Bristol or Plymouth team. The successful Bid Co-ordinator will support the full bid process across a range of public and private sector opportunities, helping to secure high-profile and nationally significant projects.
The Bid Co-ordinator Role
- Working alongside a Senior Bid Co-ordinator, you will support the end-to-end bid process, including:
- Reviewing contract notices and bid portals and distributing relevant opportunities
- Coordinating go / no-go processes for new opportunities
- Managing bid programmes, deadlines, clarifications and document control
- Supporting the development of win themes, key messages and differentiators
- Coordinating input from technical teams, business support functions and sub-consultants
- Assisting with commercial content to ensure scope, services and project stages are accurately reflected
- Contributing to written bid responses and the presentation of submissions
- Formatting documents using InDesign
- Maintaining bid resources, including case studies, CVs and lessons learned
- Arranging post-bid feedback and review sessions
Proficiency in InDesign, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Experience within architecture, construction or related fields is preferred.
