We are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to join a fast-growing construction contractor delivering high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK, with values of up to £1.5 million.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple contracts across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. You will manage budgets, programmes, site teams, subcontractors and client relationships, ensuring every project is delivered safely, profitably, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee assigned contracts from mobilisation through to completion
  • Manage project budgets, costs, margins and commercial performance
  • Plan and coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and resources
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients
  • Lead, support and develop site teams and direct reports
  • Monitor programmes and ensure key deadlines are achieved
  • Maintain high standards of quality across all projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures
  • Provide progress, financial and performance reports
  • Identify and resolve delays, risks, disputes and other issues
