About the Multi-Skilled Engineer Role An established facilities management and property services provider is seeking three experienced Multi-Skilled Engineers to support a diverse commercial property portfolio across Milton Keynes and Cambridge.
The Multi-Skilled Engineer will take a proactive, engineering-led approach to improving asset performance, reliability and safety.
Using asset information, maintenance history and digital building data, the successful candidate will identify faults, reduce operational risk and resolve issues before they develop into major failures.
Key Responsibilities As a Multi-Skilled Engineer , your responsibilities will include: Delivering planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and minor works.
Maintaining mechanical, electrical and building fabric systems.
Diagnosing faults, identifying root causes and implementing permanent corrective actions.
Completing statutory inspections, testing and maintenance in line with current legislation.
Maintaining HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, ventilation, lighting, plumbing and LV systems.
Using BMS, CAFM systems and mobile technology to record and manage maintenance activity.
Working with technical teams, bureau engineers and specialist supply chain partners.
