The MEP Quantity Surveyor – Role
This consultancy is renowned for delivering premium projects across a broad mix of sectors, including:
- Data Centres
- Life Sciences & Healthcare
- Commercial Real Estate
- Sports & Leisure
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a dedicated team delivering a full spectrum of MEP Quantity Surveying services, both pre and post-contract.
You will benefit from mentorship and training from industry-leading professionals, with a clear pathway to progress towards Senior and Associate roles. You’ll also be encouraged to develop your technical capabilities while gaining exposure to high-profile, complex projects.
The MEP Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
The incoming MEP Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A RICS Accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- 2+ years experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, preferably in a Consultancy environment
- Ambition to grow into a senior role with a leading consultancy
