Job Description
An established and forward-thinking cost consultancy, known for delivering high-quality projects across London, is seeking a confident MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding M&E team.
The MEP Quantity Surveyor's Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor who is ready to hit the ground running and take ownership of projects from day one. You will join a specialist team of 15 within a wider business of 100+ professionals.
The incoming MEP Quantity Surveyor will work on exciting Commercial, Retail, Fit Out & Refurbishments (typically £5m – £25m), with some exposure to Residential and Life Sciences.
This is a stand-out opportunity for an ambitious MEP Quantity Surveyor looking to fast-track their career. You'll be supported by strong leadership above, while guiding junior team members below – giving you real influence, autonomy, and a platform to thrive.
The MEP Quantity Surveyor – RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
- MRICS is desirable (but not crucial)
- A RICS-accredited degree qualification (ideally in Quantity Surveying).
- Experience delivering commercial fit-out, refurbishment or retail projects.
- Ability to run projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous MEP experience in a UK cost consultancy or PQS firm.
