A new exciting opportunity with a market leading construction multidisciplinary for a Social Value Manager to not only write social value pieces for the bids, but also to implement new processes and strategies, identify new opportunities and business development.

The successful social value manager will report to the commercial director, identifying social value opportunities and writing compelling responses to their social value commitments.

Further responsibilities:

  • Supporting the bid team with social value responses
  • Analysing client feedback on social value responses
  • Implementing social value commitments across the board
  • Report on progress throughout the contract period
  • Deliver social value commitments and organise volunteer opportunities
  • Regular reports on social value achievements
  • Create a new system to measure the social value achievements and areas for improvement
  • Identify business opportunities, potential partnerships with non-profit organisations and government agency
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of social value initiatives and adjust as required
  • Attend external events
  • Business development and speaking at events as and when required
