The Monitoring Surveyor’s role
The Monitoring Surveyor will manage fund monitoring instructions across a range of development projects from pre-construction through to practical completion. The Monitoring Surveyor will assess procurement strategies, project programmes, development appraisals, and construction risks while producing detailed monitoring reports for lenders and stakeholders. As a Monitoring Surveyor, you will undertake regular site visits, review drawdown requests, and advise clients on cost, programme, and risk management matters. The ideal Monitoring Surveyor
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience within quantity surveying, development consultancy, or project monitoring.
