Job Description A highly regarded London law firm is seeking a Residential Real Estate Paralegal to join its market-leading property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Real Estate Paralegal looking to develop their career within a prestigious practice, supporting high-value residential property transactions for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, overseas investors and private banks. The successful Residential Real Estate Paralegal will work closely with experienced fee earners on a broad range of prime and super-prime residential property matters, gaining exposure to complex transactions and excellent long-term career development. The Residential Real Estate Paralegal role: Assisting with residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion Drafting contracts, transfer deeds and reports on title Ordering and reviewing searches and title documents Raising and responding to pre-contract enquiries Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties Supporting exchange and completion, including preparing completion statements Submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications Managing post-completion matters and Land Registry requisitions Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring regulatory compliance The successful Residential Real Estate Paralegal: Previous residential conveyancing experience within a law firm Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process Excellent organisation and attention to detail Strong communication and client care skills Confident managing competing deadlines in a busy team Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Experience with Elite, Filesite or similar systems would be advantageous A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in residential property law What's on offer: ~ Salary of Β£25,000 - Β£30,000 ~25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays ~ Private healthcare ~ Life assurance ~ Pension scheme ~ Interest-free season ticket loan ~ Employee Assistance Programme ~ Excellent training and long-term career progression within a leading Residential Real Estate team
