A growing, forward-thinking construction consultancy based in London is seeking a Director to play a pivotal role in the expansion of their London team. This is a key strategic hire, offering an experienced Project Director the opportunity to bring existing client relationships, drive business growth, and help shape the future direction of the consultancy. The successful Director will join a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, with genuine influence over both project delivery and business development.

The Project Director will take ownership of a portfolio of key projects while actively contributing to the growth of the London office. This Project Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and leading project teams to successful delivery. The Project Director will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, programme, and commercial objectives are achieved. A key aspect of this Project Director role will be leveraging existing client connections to generate repeat business and strengthen the consultancy's market presence.
The ideal Project Director will have a strong background within a construction consultancy, with a proven track record of delivering projects and winning work. The Project Director must bring an established network of clients and the ability to convert relationships into secured projects. A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline is required. Professional accreditation such as MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent is highly desirable. This Project Director will be commercially astute, highly driven, and capable of leading teams while contributing to strategic business growth.
