A well-established multidisciplinary engineering and surveying consultancy is seeking a Land Surveyor to join their growing team in Hemel Hempstead.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor to work on a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, infrastructure and development projects.

The Land Surveyor Role The successful Land Surveyor will undertake detailed topographical and measured building surveys for a wide range of clients.

Working both independently and alongside experienced engineers, designers and surveying professionals, they will collect accurate site data and produce high-quality drawings and survey information.

The Land Surveyor will use modern surveying equipment and software, including total stations, GPS systems and laser-scanning technology.

They will be responsible for planning survey work, completing site visits, processing collected data and ensuring all information is delivered accurately and within agreed timescales.

Additional responsibilities may include setting out, establishing control networks, producing floor plans and elevations, and supporting engineering teams with accurate land and building information.
