A progressive practice client of mine, who are situated in Kent, are now looking to onboard an enthusiastic and driven Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their Building Surveying division. This is an opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing and innovative practice, with continuous training and growth routes.

Role and responsibilities:

The appointed Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for a broad range of duties, including but not limited to, the administration of contracts, addressing dilapidation matters, managing party wall issues, and conducting acquisition surveys. As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you'll work with a variety of client and property types across the residential, mixed use, regeneration and remediation sectors.

This role will suit a Senior Building Surveyor who is business driven with ambition and initiative, who works well with others.

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree (Essential)
  • A construction focused background, with public sector experience
