A privately owned, Registered Building Control Approved Inspector is seeking a Registered Building Control Inspector to join their fast growing team. They have strong client relationships and will be able to offer a varied portfolio. They also provide consultancy services which will offer a varied day to day, whilst you work within a team of experienced Building Control Surveyors. Due to their commercial success this is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced team, whilst reaping the benefits from the exposure you will receive to large projects within their portfolio.
The Senior Building Control Surveyor ensures that construction projects comply with building regulations and safety standards. They review plans, carry out site inspections, and provide guidance to make sure structures are safe and accessible.
The Person
The Building Control Surveyor will be a Registered Building Inspector to Class 2A competency minimum. The Building Control Surveyor will have 4 years of experience within the industry. A Chartered membership with CABE (MCABE) will be advantageous.
