A privately owned, Registered Building Control Approved Inspector is seeking a Registered Building Control Inspector (RBI) to join their fast-growing team. They have strong client relationships and will be able to offer a varied portfolio. They also provide consultancy services which will offer a varied day-to-day, whilst you work within a team of experienced Building Control Surveyors.
As a Registered Building Control Inspector (RBI), you will ensure that construction projects comply with building regulations and safety standards. You will review plans, carry out site inspections, and provide guidance to make sure structures are safe and accessible.
The Building Control Surveyor will be a Registered Building Inspector to Class 2A competency minimum and will have 4 years of experience within the industry. A Chartered membership with CABE (MCABE) will be advantageous.
In return, the salary is negotiable depending on your ability and experience but as a guide: Up to £75,000 pa, car allowance, bonus, pension, season ticket loan, health care, gym membership, and corporate incentive scheme.
