This Project Manager role offers an excellent opportunity for either an established Project Manager or a strong Assistant Project Manager ready to step up. The successful Project Manager will gain exposure to a wide range of schemes, working within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
This Project Manager position provides a hybrid working arrangement, combining home, office, and site-based responsibilities across Kent and the surrounding areas. The Project Manager will play a key role in supporting project delivery while developing client relationships and technical expertise. This Project Manager opportunity is ideal for someone looking to broaden their sector experience and progress within a consultancy setting.

The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting and leading projects from inception through to completion across commercial, infrastructure, and public sector schemes. The Project Manager will manage programmes, coordinate consultants, and ensure projects are delivered in line with client objectives.
The Project Manager will assist with procurement, contract administration, and risk management, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. This Project Manager will also contribute to reporting and project planning activities, ensuring successful project outcomes.
The ideal Project Manager will have experience within a construction consultancy environment, either as a Project Manager or a strong Assistant Project Manager ready to progress. The Project Manager should hold a relevant degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline, and ideally be working towards a professional qualification such as APM, RICS, or CIOB.
The Project Manager will demonstrate strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams. Experience across commercial, infrastructure, or public sector projects would be advantageous.
