A well-established and forward-thinking consultancy is seeking a Senior Fire Risk Assessor to join their growing fire safety team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Fire Risk Assessor to take ownership of complex projects across a varied portfolio, including high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

The successful Senior Fire Risk Assessor will lead on delivering detailed fire risk assessments, including complex and high-risk buildings. The Senior Fire Risk Assessor will be responsible for producing comprehensive reports, ensuring full compliance with current UK legislation, and offering clear, practical guidance to clients. This role will also play a key role in mentoring junior assessors and supporting the wider team’s technical development. The Senior Fire Risk Assessor will manage client relationships, attend site visits nationwide, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and service delivery. They will be instrumental in maintaining high standards across all projects.

The ideal candidate will hold recognised qualifications such as NEBOSH Fire, Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment, or equivalent. Tier 3 IFSM registration or IFE membership is highly desirable. A strong track record of delivering complex fire risk assessments independently is essential, alongside excellent communication and leadership skills.
