CDM Principal Designer

A long‑established Construction Consultancy with strong Social Housing frameworks is seeking a CDM Principal Designer familiar with Social Housing clients. This role is focused on London projects exclusively.

The successful CDM Principal Designer will support the process of limiting major and all CDM‑related risk during the design stage. You will typically work from home three days a week and collaborate with a friendly, established team and a social office of around 200 employees on the remaining two days.

Qualifications

  • At least four years in a CDM or Health & Safety role
  • Experience working with Social Housing clients
  • NEBOSH Construction or a relevant level‑3 equivalent Health & Safety / NEBOSH certificate
  • Membership with IOSH (TechIOSH or CertIOSH) or APS (AaPS or IMaPS) is advantageous
