A dynamic and multi-disciplinary property consultancy is looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding agency and development team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with some experience or someone ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The team works across a wide range of sectors including office, industrial, retail, leisure, student accommodation and residential. The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of development and cost management work, supporting the delivery of projects from inception to completion.
This role offers strong progression opportunities, with support from senior professionals and a clear route to chartership. It’s ideal for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor looking to grow technically and commercially within a team that values both collaboration and autonomy.
Requirements- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction-related degree
- Previous experience in a QS or development role is beneficial, but not essential
- Strong communication and team-working skills
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn
- Interest in both commercial and residential development sectors
- Supporting senior surveyors in cost planning, estimating, and procurement
- Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation and contract administration
- Involvement in valuations, variations, and project cost reporting
- Attending site visits and client meetings
