You will work remote and hybrid, as you will be offered full autonomy to manage your work and schedule. This CDM specialist consultancy have a great reputation and take compliance extremely seriously, which allows for a lot of repeat business being won from their clients. You will receive a profit share bonus and car allowance, on top of your basic salary. They have paid their CDM Principal Designers a bonus every year since becoming employee owned.
The Senior CDM Principal Designer role involves offering clients and design teams advisory service on Design Risks. You will attend sites to spot potential risk, as well as gathering Pre-Construction Information (PCI), collating/reviewing Construction Phase Plans (CPP) and managing the H.
