An established boutique Employment law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing London office. This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a specialist practice with an excellent reputation for advising both employers and senior employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

You must have prior law firm experience to be considered for this role. The successful Employment Solicitor will advise on:

  • Settlement agreements
  • Disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Employment contracts
  • Discrimination claims
  • Redundancy processes
  • Employment Tribunal matters

The role offers excellent client exposure and the opportunity to work closely alongside highly experienced Partners within a genuinely collaborative environment. The firm has developed an impressive client base through referrals and longstanding relationships and offers a modern, flexible and supportive working culture.

The Employment Solicitor will ideally have:

  • 2-5 years PQE
  • Strong technical Employment law knowledge
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Confidence managing client relationships
