A growing construction consultancy with a strong London presence is seeking a Project Manager to support key projects in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a flexible and forward-thinking construction environment, delivering projects while being supported by an established London office. The successful Project Manager will split their time between Southampton sites and remote working. This Project Manager role is ideally suited to someone based South of London, with travel to Southampton required 2-3 days per week.

The Project Manager will oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery across programme, cost, and quality. The Project Manager will attend site regularly in Southampton, coordinating contractors and consultants. Responsibilities include leading meetings, managing procurement, reporting to clients, and overseeing construction delivery. The Project Manager will also manage risk and ensure effective stakeholder communication.

The ideal Project Manager will hold a degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar. The Project Manager will have experience delivering projects within the construction sector. Working towards or holding MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent is preferred. The Project Manager should be based South of London to support travel requirements.
