A well established, Surrey based CDM / H&S Consultancy is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to work on prestigious projects across Surrey, Berkshire and London. The organisation operates as an employee-owned business, offering a comfortable day-to-day environment and an excellent Profit-share bonus in addition to salary. They are looking for a CDM Principal Designer with at least 3 years of experience to work with full autonomy while collaborating with a 50+ strong team of CDM experts.
The successful CDM Principal Designer will be involved in limiting major and all CDM-related risk during the design stages. The role requires clear communication to ensure handover to the Principal Contractor is as effective as possible.
The CDM Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 3 years within a CDM Principal Design / Design Risk Management role. You will have a NEBOSH Construction or a relevant level 3 equivalent H&S / NEBOSH certificate.
In return, the salary is negotiable depending on your ability and experience but as a guide:
