A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate to join its distinguished and growing Real Estate practice in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Associate to work closely with Partners on high-value and sophisticated transactions, advising major international clients across a broad range of real estate matters.
- The Real Estate Associate's Role
- Advising on corporate real estate joint ventures and structured investments
- Acting on acquisitions and disposals of real estate and real estate-holding structures
- Advising on capital solutions and complex M&A transactions involving real estate
- Working on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Coordinating with Real Estate, Tax, Finance and Private Equity teams
- Working closely with Partners on complex and high-profile transactions
- Building strong client relationships and gaining significant client exposure
- The Real Estate Associate
- Minimum 5 years' PQE
- Strong transactional experience in real estate or related disciplines
- Experience gained within a leading international or top-tier law firm
- Strong experience in real estate M&A, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
- Confident working on complex, cross-border transactions
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Able to work collaboratively across multiple practice areas
