The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects across the full lifecycle, from initial feasibility through to completion. The Project Manager will oversee programme delivery, cost management, and risk mitigation, ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. This Project Manager will act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, maintaining strong working relationships throughout. The Project Manager will also support junior team members and contribute to the successful delivery of commercial-led schemes across South London.
The ideal Project Manager will have proven experience delivering commercial projects within a consultancy or client-side environment. The Project Manager should hold a degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline. Progress towards or achievement of professional accreditation such as MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent is highly desirable for this Project Manager role. Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills are essential for any successful Project Manager.
