A leading global law firm is seeking a Conflicts Paralegal to join its London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legally qualified or experienced paralegal to develop specialist experience within a sophisticated City environment, supporting lawyers and business services teams across the firm. The successful Conflicts Paralegal will assist with conflicts searches, information barriers, research, data management and wider projects, gaining valuable exposure to the operational and risk management functions of an international law firm.
The Conflicts Paralegal's Role
- Creating and maintaining information barriers
- Corresponding with partners and matter teams regarding conflicts and information barriers
- Supporting conflicts searches and analysis for lower-risk matters
- Conducting research using Intapp and other internal resources
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data and records
- Managing large volumes of data, particularly in relation to class actions and bankruptcy matters
- Creating, reviewing and maintaining online resources
- Supporting Business Development and other internal requests
- Assisting with discrete projects and wider team initiatives
- Liaising with lawyers and business services teams across multiple offices
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within required deadlines
