A family-feel multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to step up from an Assistant Principal Designer position. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven consultant with around one year of experience who is looking to take on more responsibility, working across varied project sectors with tailored mentorship and support.
The CDM Principal Designer’s role involves assisting in the fulfilment of Principal Designer duties under the CDM 2015 Regulations, working closely with experienced consultants to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The role will involve attending design meetings, compiling pre-construction information, and engaging with clients and contractors to maintain health and safety standards.
- 1 year of experience in a CDM or H&S role (essential)
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (preferred)
- Keen to progress toward TechIOSH or IMaPS
In return, the position offers:
- £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary
