An Engineering Consultancy are seeking a Principal Designer/CDM Manager to oversee their long-standing client portfolio. The Principal Designer/CDM Manager will have the chance to work on large-scale infrastructure, Manufacturing and Commercial builds as, from newbuild to fit-outs & refurbishments. They encourage staff in the office 3-4 days a week, however they provide flexible working hours and have a very good staff retention due to a good office atmosphere. The CDM Principal Designer Role As a Principal Designer, you will play confidently lead meetings, manage all design safety risk for the portfolio you manage. There will be a team of CDM Advisors, Architects and Fire Risk Assessors to support your work. This is a client facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction. The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have: Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (required).
