The appointed CDM Principal Designer will:
- Carry out Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015
- Lead on health and safety in design stages
- Liaise with clients and attend design meetings
- Produce relevant H S documentation
- Assist with internal training and mentoring
Requirements:
- 4 years' experience in CDM Principal Designer role (essential)
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
- APS Membership or TechIOSH (preferred)
- Knowledge of public sector procurement (desirable)
