A fast growing consultancy specializing in CDM and Principal Design is looking for a proactive CDM Consultant with a strong commitment to Design Safety. Renowned for their passion for Construction H&S this firm offers a stimulating work environment where every project brings new challenges-so boredom is never on the agenda! They provide various Construction H&S services and would be able to provide a varied scope of work, however they are looking for an individual to take on a portfolio of projects and act as Principal Designer. The CDM Consultant Role In the role of Principal Designer, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, serving as both Principal Designer and Client Advisor. You’ll work in close collaboration with a skilled team of CDM Consultants and provide advice and Design safety advice in meetings with clients. The CDM Consultant Will Have: NEBOSH Construction (required) Tech IOSH (minimum) APS membership (preferred) Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred) Experience: At least 3 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
