A CDM specialist consultancy is seeking a motivated Senior CDM Principal Designer eager to advance their career within Design Risk Management. You will work with London sporting institutions and prestigious high-street clients whilst you manage their client account.

The Senior CDM Principal Designer Role
You will fulfill the dual responsibilities of Principal Designer and Client Advisor. You’ll collaborate closely with an experienced in-house team of CDM Principal Designers.
The Senior CDM Principal Designer Will Have:
- NEBOSH Construction (required)
- Tech IOSH (minimum)
- APS membership (preferred)
- Degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying / Health & safety (preferred)
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
