A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a proactive Building Surveyor to join their expanding team in Hull.

The Building Surveyors’ role
The successful Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad spectrum of professional Building Surveying services, including defect analysis, party wall matters, measured surveys, dilapidations, and acting as Employer’s Agent. You’ll work closely with a variety of clients, providing strategic advice and technical solutions tailored to each project.
You’ll be involved in a diverse mix of refurbishment and new build schemes from feasibility through to design, specification, and delivery. Sectors include public, commercial, education, leisure, and residential, offering both variety and long-term development potential.

The Building Surveyor
