Building Surveyor – A dynamic team based in a central Surrey location!
An enthusiastic Building Surveyor is sought to join a dynamic construction consultancy based in their Surrey office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is passionate about their field and keen to work alongside a team of 14 skilled, supportive, and friendly surveyors.

The Building Surveyor's role
In this role, the Building Surveyor will be primarily engaged in schemes within the education sector, encompassing both private and public institutions, as well as universities. This includes working on a variety of prestigious and sometimes grade-listed buildings, adding a layer of complexity and interest to the work.
The Building Surveyor will be responsible for a wide range of projects, which include roof replacements, internal alterations, and build design work.
