A boutique chartered surveying practice is seeking a skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to work with a diverse portfolio of privately owned residential properties and social housing projects. The Chartered Building Surveyor’s Role The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will take on a core role delivering traditional Building Surveying services to a broad client base. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of instructions, including building surveys, contract administration, party wall matters, reinstatement cost assessments (RCAs), and project management. You will be instrumental in maintaining the practice’s reputation for high-quality service, while contributing to the smooth delivery of professional and project-based surveying tasks.
