An experienced RICS Surveying consultancy are looking for a determined Building Surveyor to join their team, in Cardiff. The Building Surveyors’ role In this role, the Building Surveyor will have a particular focus within the residential sector, responsible for providing services including level 2 and 3 surveys, contract administration, party wall, building pathology, reinstatement cost assessments and defect analysis. Currently experiencing an exciting period of growth, this is an ideal time for a dynamic Building Surveyor to join the business, offering the unique opportunity to play a significant role in the development of the Building Consultancy team. The successful Building Surveyor will thrive in a reliable and knowledgeable environment, that prioritises both collaboration and continuous career development. The Building Surveyor The Building Surveyor will ideally be eager to develop their expertise, with a specific interest in residential properties, and establish a long-term career within a forward-thinking consultancy.
