The Role
As Building Regulations Principal Designer, you’ll oversee compliance from Gateway 1 through to Gateway 3, ensuring designs meet and exceed regulatory expectations. You’ll advise clients, coordinate with the Building Safety Regulator, and be at the centre of Manchester’s most technically challenging developments.
